Fantasy fine art photograph of a bird high in the sky.

I saw it on a Sunday, January 9, 2022, at 3 PM, it was 73 degrees and sunny. The bird was circling high in the sky over famed Griffith Park in Los Angeles, California. I thought it might be a hawk. I took the photo with a zoom lens, praying that I captured the image even though I could not see the bird through the lens, the bird was too high and too far away. I estimate that the bird was 1,000 feet high in the sky and 1,000 feet away.

In editing I cropped the image 20 times to get close enough to see the bird and then, because the image was blurry, I artistically edited the image even more and solarized the final result, thus creating the colorful mystical silhouette. A bird spirit.

The blue background is the sky.

I could not determine what kind of bird it was but its spirit will live forever, in art.
